More than one vehicle transaction or transaction needed

Title: Original Title with Registration

Title and register a new vehicle or transfer vehicle from another state.
A bill of sale is advisable for this transaction.
For boat titles and registration payment accepted in the form of check, or money order and made out to "Treasurer of Virginia"

Title: Substitute/Replacement Title

Remove lien, deceased owner, change name or request a correction on current title.
Replace title that has been lost.

Vehicle Registration/Plates

Apply for an original registration for your vehicle. Renew or transfer registration. Order specialized and personal plates.

Disable Parking Placard / Transcripts
