Urbanna Board of Zoning & Appeals

Board of Zoning Appeals hears and decides appeals of zoning orders, requirements, decisions or determinations by the Zoning Administrator or the Planning Commission. The board also authorizes variances and interprets the town’s zoning map.

The Middlesex County Circuit Court appoints BZA members to five-year terms. You must be a resident of the town to serve on the BZA. BZA members may not hold any other public office during their term on the board. Board of Zoning Appeals Members
