You may view copies of the town’s governing documents at the Town Office or at the Middlesex County Public Library, 150 Grace Street, Urbanna. Or buy your own copies from the Town Office for a modest fee. The town plans to make its governing documents available online at a later date.

The Comprehensive Plan lays out the town’s consensus vision for harmonious future development. The Planning Commission, Town Council and the public review the Comprehensive Plan every five years. Click here to view the Comprehensive Plan (1.7 MB).
Capital Improvement Plan
The Planning Commission may prepare and revise a Capital Improvement Plan on an annual basis. It includes the commission’s capital expenditure recommendations and estimates and explains how the town can pay for them.
